№ 2 ~ Stuck in a Store meme ~
Congratulations, you've magically woken up in a store/mall in the middle of nowhere! The outside doors
are locked, you can't see anything out them but darkness, and the windows appear to be unbreakable
no matter what you throw at them. To make things even worse it seems like you're not
alone in more ways then one...
Rules:
①. Post with your character and their series.
②. Characters that reply will randomize numbers 1-8 for a setting.
③. You two are now stuck in an unimaginable hell together with no recollection
of how either of you ended up there.
Settings:
①. Wal-mart: All the TVs in the electronics section are set to static,
you hear low monstrous grumbling that you just assume is the air conditioning,
you see carts move by themselves, and for some reason the walls are bleeding?
Wait...what?
②. Ikea: You're trapped in a Swedish furniture store with
nothing but furniture with unintentionally hilarious names, Allen wrenches,
Swedish Meatballs, and awesome stuffed animals. Nothing is out to get you. Yay!
Okay, so maybe the furniture will try to carry on conversations with you. But
that's a small price to pay for safety.
③. Toys R Us / FAO Schwartz: You thought this would be a walk in the
park didn't you? "So what? It's just a toy store." you said to yourself. But the
toys have their own plans in store for you.
④. Mall: Though the outside doors may be locked, the escalators and
elevators stalled, and the lights ominously flickering...all the stores in the mall remain
wide open for some reason. Oh, and you should really watch out for those zombies while
investigating the sounds coming from the backrooms.
⑤. Antique Store: You realize where you are when you smell the moldy
smell all Antique stores give off. You think to yourself "Why am I in a dump
like this?" or maybe "Cooool, old stuff!" but you can't shake off the faintest feeling
that you're being watched by something not of this plane. You could swear you saw something
in a mirror, but nothing's there. You also start to hear voices and things start falling
off shelves. It's clear to you now that this place is haunted and the ghosts
don't seem too happy.
⑥. Blockbuster: You're shocked that you ended up here. After all, you didn't
think these mythical stores still existed. You decide to pull up a chair and watch
one of the many movies the store has to offer until someone comes to open up in the morning.
Wait a minute, that's not Sixteen Candles. What the hell did you just watch and
why do you feel like you're going to die in
⑦. Dick's Sporting Goods: So you're stuck in a sporting goods store. Luckily there's a mini track,
basket ball hoops, targets, and mini golf areas set up to keep you occupied during your stay.
Um...where's that ominous scraping coming from? Well whatever or whoever is making
that noise, you better hope you're a virgin.
⑧. Pick your own: Pick one of the above settings or come up
with your own random store + horror scenario if you want to. Go wild!
